Description
EFFECT COMPONENT: This effect component adds Electricity to the spell that it's a part of. It can produce small static sparks that, on their own, can shed enough light to move in within a 5' radius. If used offensively, the attacking element of Lightning is added. It's element is, of course, Lightning, and will deal double damage to water-aligned creatures.
