Hinoserm

Hinoserm is a fictional character, and appears seemlingly at random throughout the length of the series.

His character is a male canine of unknown origin, although on several occasions it has been hinted that he may have been genetically altered, and may be one of the creations of Ginko Technologies.

Hinoserm's role in the series is that of System Administrator. He is tasked with maintaining the physical aspect of the universe in which the series takes place. Although rarely seen on-screen, when he does appear, he is often playing tricks on the various inhabitants and has occassionally been caught inserting objects and events into the timeline that could not normally take place, much to the dismay of the main characters.

Near the beginning of the series, it is hinted that he is at least partially responsible for creating the technology that allows the universe to exist, but did not create the universe itself -- only the basic building blocks, and only in a small part. It has been shown at least once that, dispite all efforts by the main characters, he has near limitless power over their universe, although most of the time he chooses not to use it and is usually happy sitting back and watching from above.
